Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect their packages for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for the receipt.

Meena Jewellers offers fast shippings at no extra costs on every order. All delivered in deluxe presentation-ready boxes.

Delivery Details

We know that jewellery shopping is an important decision, and you may be in a rush to receive your order, this is why we exclusively utilize FedEx express to ship out all orders. We will always take care of any shipping charges that may arise in the delivery process. Please note that customs and duties, if applicable, will be charged to the customer.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Once you place an order on, we strive to ship your purchase promptly. For ready-made products, we will initiate the shipping process right away. In the case of custom-made jewellery pieces, we will keep you informed regarding the progress and notify you as soon as your piece is ready to be shipped. Should any issues arise with your order, we will proactively reach out to you to provide timely updates. We value your satisfaction and will ensure clear communication throughout the shipping process.

Gift Packaging

We always include a free gift card and enclose your items in our distinctive Meena Jewellers packaging. Every piece of jewellery you buy from Meena Jewellers arrives presentation-ready.

Presentation ready engagement rings

With every purchase, you will receive your exquisite piece of jewellery beautifully presented in a presentation-ready box. We believe that the unveiling of your jewellery should be as special as the piece itself, and our thoughtfully designed boxes add a touch of elegance and luxury to enhance your overall experience. Signature Requirements

You will be asked to sign on any shipments over €999 due to insurance policies, this is apart from any signed waivers you may have with our carrier. You may also be required to sign on orders under €1,000.

Pick Up in Store

For all buyers in the United Arab Emirates, you may choose to pick up your order at any of our 2 stores in Dubai.

Shipping to alternative addresses

Alternative Shipping Addresses: At Meena Jewellers, we understand that you may require your order to be delivered to an address other than your billing address. To accommodate your needs, we offer shipping to alternative addresses, such as your workplace or any other convenient location.

To ensure the security of our customers and protect against fraudulent activity, we have certain measures in place. For orders to be shipped to a non-billing address, we will verify with your credit card or financing company that the provided shipping address is authorized. To expedite the shipping process, we recommend contacting your issuing bank and informing them of your alternative shipping address.

If you anticipate being unavailable to receive and sign for your package, we offer the option to ship it to a local hold for pick up location. This allows you to conveniently sign for and collect your package at a time that suits you best. To arrange a hold for pick up, please contact our team.

Meena Jewellers will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

If you are unavailable to sign for your package on a weekday, we can arrange a weekend delivery. Call us on 00971-56 506 07 86 and a Jewellery consultant will arrange this for you.

International Shipping

We offer a 30-day window from the date of receipt to facilitate returns for refund or exchange. To qualify for returns or refunds, the item must be in saleable condition and meet the specified requirements outlined below (item eligibility for returns). Please note that you are responsible only for the return shipping and insurance fees, without any additional charges.

We advise you to notify us via e-mail or by any other contact method provided before sending us your piece of jewellery. 

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 00971 56 506 07 86. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Meena Jewellers. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Meena Jewellers is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Items eligible for returns

Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and should be shipped back to us within 30 days after receiving your order.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 00971-4355-0237. 

Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Meena Jewellers. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of the receipt of your order. Meena Jewellers is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Engraved jewellery items other than rings may not be returned. All Meena Jewellers engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable. Removal of Meena Jewellers engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee.
  • Diamonds purchased as part of our Meena Jewellers Diamond Upgrade Program may not be returned for credit but can be exchanged within 30 days.
  • Special orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns without an Meena Jewellers Return Merchandise Authorisation will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or products will not be processed.
  • Non-Resizable Items.
    • Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; or rings with, so please make sure you order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance in determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or use our online ring sizer tool.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

To initiate the return of a jewellery item to Meena Jewellers, please follow the steps below:

  • Initiate your return: Contact our Jewellery Consultant at 00971 56 506 07 86. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation Code (RMA) along with detailed instructions for returning your order.
  • Arrange shipping and insurance: You have the flexibility to choose the carrier for returning your merchandise. However, we recommend using our preferred carrier, Parcel Pro insured FedEx. Ensure that you adequately insure your jewellery for the full value of your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping and insurance fees.
  • Secure packaging: Pack your item(s) securely using the original packing materials. If you are returning the item for a refund or exchange, kindly include all accompanying certificates such as the Independent Gemologist Certificate, Authenticity Certificate, and other relevant certificates. For security purposes, please refrain from indicating "Meena Jewellers" on the outside of the box.

After Your Return Is Received

Returns are processed and are typically entered into our system within 24 business hours upon receipt. Once entered, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for this process to be completed.

For refunds, the credit will be submitted to your bank within five business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds in your account.

If you are eligible for a bank wire refund, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days after the return has been processed. For orders paid through PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks.

Regarding return shipments, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been determined. On the day of the outbound shipment, a shipping confirmation email will also be sent to you.

Cancel Or Change An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us at 00971 50 750 25 48 as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible before the shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. 

Keep in mind that we will not be able to make any changes on orders already shipped or special order requests. 

Be aware that rerouting packages to alternate addresses will not be possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us. 

If your order has already been shipped and you no longer want it, please contact us to arrange a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.


To ensure prompt shipment, all payments must be made before the product is shipped. An Incomplete payment will result in the product not being shipped. Please refer to the list below for the available payment methods when shopping at Meena Jewellers.

Diamond and Polki Exchange Policy

At Meena Jewellers, we provide a diamond and polki exchange policy to offer flexibility and satisfaction to our valued customers. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Exchange or Upgrade: Diamond and polki jewellery can be exchanged or upgraded for any other jewellery piece available in our collection. This policy is applicable for exchanges only and does not apply to cash refunds.
  • Exchange Value Calculation: In the case of an exchange, the value will be calculated based on the original invoice amount, with the deduction of VAT and 20%.
  • Return for Cash or Refund: If you wish to return the diamond or polki jewellery for cash or a refund on your card or bank, we will deduct the VAT and 25% from the original invoice value.
  • Promotional Diamond or Polki Pieces: For diamond or polki pieces purchased at a promotional price, we kindly request that you provide us with the relevant details. Our team will then evaluate the piece, and the valuation will be determined accordingly.

Please ensure that the diamond or polki jewellery you intend to exchange or return is in its original condition, without any signs of wear or damage. Our dedicated team will conduct a thorough inspection before proceeding with the exchange or refund process.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a standard for communicating through a secure channel that precludes the interpretation of critical information like credit card data, enabling secure electronic financial transactions on the Internet. This technology is built into our servers and uses complex encryptions of data.

Payment Methods allowed at Meena Jewellers

Bank transfer (wire transfer)

You can pay for your products by a regular bank transfer. When you complete the checkout process, choose the "pay via bank transfer" option. Then, we will provide you with our bank account details and a reference code, which is a unique code for each purchase.

After that, you will simply need to formalise the bank transfer by making sure that you state the reference code on it. We will notify you after having received the payment. Then, we will start processing your order. Notice that this process could take a couple of days, depending on how fast the transfer is operated. Keep in mind that if your transfer is placed during a national holiday or during weekends the processing times might take longer than expected.

Please note that you may be charged a processing fee by your bank for operating the transfer. We are not responsible for it.
